A decomposed body discovered in a heap of garbage at Bhogi in Hebri Kelapete on November 30 has been identified as 54-year-old Rajeeva Panara, a local resident. Rajeeva, who lived in a rented house in Belanje, was known to be an alcoholic and often stayed at a bus shelter instead of returning home.The cause of death has not yet been determined, and authorities are investigating the circumstances surrounding his demise.
