Udupi: Kaavi artworks by renowned Udupi-based artist Dr. Janardhan Rao Havanje are being showcased at the ‘Vividhta Ka Amrit Mahotsav’ exhibition, held at Amrit Udyan in Rashtrapati Bhavan, New Delhi.
The event, themed ‘Enjoy the Best of South India,’ features a variety of traditional South Indian art forms, with Kaavi art taking center stage. President Droupadi Murmu inaugurated the exhibition on March 6, and it remains open to the public until March 9.
Expressing his gratitude, Dr. Janardhan Rao Havanje shared his immense pride in representing Kaavi art on a national platform. He was honored to welcome President Murmu and Karnataka Governor Thawar Chand Gehlot to his stall on the opening day.
