Puttur: A case has been registered at the Puttur Town Police Station against a youth for allegedly creating and uploading a video containing obscene remarks directed at BJP State President B.Y. According to the complaint filed by Shivakumar, BJP City Mandal President of Puttur, the accused has been identified as Naveen Rai Kaikar, a resident of Kaikar, Innamogru village.
Shivakumar stated that on September 15, while browsing Facebook, he came across the video uploaded on the accused’s personal page. The clip reportedly contained vulgar and inappropriate language aimed at Vijayendra.
