Mangaluru: CREDAI Mangalore has proudly announced that D B Mehta has been elected as the president-elect of CREDAI Karnataka for the 2025–27 term. He will formally take charge as CREDAI Karnataka president for the following term, 2027–29.
A veteran in the real estate domain, Mehta is widely recognized for his strategic foresight, industry integrity, and commitment to sustainable growth. His leadership journey includes two impactful terms as CREDAI Mangalore president (2015–2019), during which he helped amplify the association’s influence, fostered policy-level dialogue, and promoted responsible development across the coastal region.
Adding to his credentials, Mehta is a former Indian Revenue Service (IRS) officer, bringing strong governance experience to the table. His combined expertise in public administration and real estate positions him well to guide CREDAI Karnataka through key reforms and sustainable expansion.
