An infant being transported to a hospital in Mangaluru for treatment suffered injuries after a pick-up vehicle collided with the ambulance late Monday night in Mura, Puttur taluk.
The infant, born in a Sullia hospital, was experiencing breathing issues. The ambulance driver also sustained minor injuries in the accident. The infant was subsequently transferred to the hospital in another vehicle for urgent care.
