Mangaluru – A Lokayukta public relations meeting is scheduled for August 19 at 11:00 AM in the Ullal Municipal Council office hall.
On the day, the Superintendent of Police, Deputy Superintendent of Police, and Inspector of Police from the Mangaluru Lokayukta Division will be present to distribute complaint application forms under the Karnataka Lokayukta Act, assist in filling them, and accept affidavits.
Citizens are invited to submit complaints against government officials or employees who cause delays in official work or create other inconveniences in government offices. The public may also lodge complaints during regular office hours on other days or reach officials via telephone.
Applicants must use Form 1 and Form 2, attaching an affidavit before submission. Completed applications can be handed over at the Ullal meet, submitted to the Lokayukta’s local office, or sent directly to the Registrar, Karnataka Lokayukta, Multi-Storey Building, Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Veedhi, Bengaluru – 560001.
