Kuttippuram, Malappuram: Miscreants hurled stones at the Vande Bharat Express while it was en route from Thiruvananthapuram to Mangaluru on Friday night, damaging a window.
The incident occurred around 9 PM, shortly after the train crossed Kuttippuram railway station. The impact left a windowpane shattered, but fortunately, no passengers were injured.
Railway officials have taken the matter seriously and initiated an investigation to identify those responsible. Authorities are reviewing security footage and gathering information from eyewitnesses.
