Puttur: A tragic incident was reported in Bannur village, Puttur taluk, where a 22-year-old woman ended her life by hanging at her residence on Sunday.
The deceased has been identified as Tejaswini, daughter of Dombayya Kulal, a resident of Kanadka in Bannur.
According to police sources, Tejaswini was discovered hanging inside her home. She was working as a staff member at Jidekallu Government First Grade College.
She is survived by her father, mother, and a brother. Police have registered a case and are conducting further investigations.
