The accused, identified as Rohan Mehra, also known as Prince Kumar Sinha, arrested on Tuesday evening from a hotel in the Juhu area of Mumbai. He allegedly attempted to extract Rs 6 lakh from the woman under the guise of arranging a role for her in a film produced by Akshay Kumar’s Cape of Good Films production. Mehra allegedly promised a role into the project centered on the 2012 ‘Nirbhaya’ gangrape and murder case.
