Mangaluru: MLA Bharath Shetty felicitated the elderly woman Chandravathi, who saved the precious lives of the passengers by averting the Mangalore-Mumbai Matsyagandha train accident, which could have occurred within minutes of a tree falling on the railway track. The tree had fallen near Mandara of Pachanadi on the outskirts of the City on Wednesday April 5.
