Safety remained a priority, with 15 Railway Board safety drives and two headquarters safety drives conducted. A large-scale mock drill involving multiple stakeholders was also carried out to ensure better preparedness for emergencies.

The DRM also highlighted advancements in passenger services, including the installation of UTS (Unreserved Ticketing System) facilities at all stations and the introduction of QR code-based ticketing. The division has also implemented the Integrated Passenger Information System (IPIS) for real-time train updates and added Coach Guidance and Train Indication Boards at various stations.

In terms of infrastructure, the division achieved track speed enhancements over 191.1km, introduced Vande Bharat Express trains between Mysuru and Chennai, and made notable upgrades, such as new traction substations and safety improvements at level crossings. Additionally, sustainable energy initiatives were strengthened with the installation of a 90 KWP rooftop solar system at three service buildings.
