Mysuru: With several organisations calling for a Karnataka bandh on Thursday, the Mysuru City Police have warned of stringent legal action against anyone indulging in unlawful activities in the name of protests.
No permission for protests
The police said that no permission has been granted for any form of protest in Mysuru city on Thursday.
Authorities have cautioned organisations and individuals against taking part in activities that violate the law or disrupt public order.

The warning comes amid calls for a statewide bandh, with police maintaining that any unlawful activity carried out in the name of demonstrations will invite legal action.
