Renowned Malayalam film actor and mimicry artist Kalabhavan Navas, aged 51, was found dead in a hotel in Chottanikkara on Friday evening, according to local police sources.

The tragic discovery occurred after hotel staff, concerned by his unresponsiveness, alerted authorities. Navas, who had been staying at the hotel for a film shoot, was immediately rushed to a nearby hospital, but was declared dead on arrival by medical professionals.
