Cost of Mahindra Thar Daybreak Edition is Rs.11 lakhs

Mahindra is planning to introduce its Thar Daybreak edition in India during this year. The Thar Daybreak Edition was first exhibited at the Auto Expo in February 2016 and certainly, the car was able to win the millions of the heart of the Indian customers. Mahindra will go to sell this car via its sub-brand, Mahindra Customisation.

The 37-inch set of tyres along with the specific case will certainly be the centre of attraction for this model. To accommodate the gigantic tyres conveniently, the company has raised the suspension height by one and a half inch over the standard specifications. The engine is basically a 2.5-lt diesel motor which develops 105 HP and 247 Nm of torque.

The Thar Daybreak Edition gets a matte grey paint along with the red highlights, a scooped bonnet, projector headlamps with LED DRL rings. The front grille is blacked out and Thar embellishes the auxiliary lights up front. The duly raised wheel arches, side fenders, modified doors and snorkel will certainly elevate the looks of the car.

Moreover, the Mahindra Thar Daybreak also possesses a custom bumper, a full-sized prodigious tyre, high mounted dual-chrome exhausts and LED tail-lights. Apart from these, some exclusive features like a touch-screen infotainment system which also works as reverse parking camera with a dual-tone theme, four waterproof speakers and Sparco rally seats are also incorporated into the car.

The primary cost of the car is Rs. 9.6 lakhs and an optional hard top are offered by another Rs. 1.5 lakhs. So, altogether the total cost of the car is near about Rs.11 lakhs.
