Bengaluru: Thimmegowda or Jocky turns into an independent Director with Ajay Rao-starrer Shokiwala. Sanjana Anand plays the female lead. The movie has released on Friday April 29.
Ajay Rao is elated to play an out and out comic role. Shokiwala simply means ‘show off’. Rao says this a film that does not depend on the hero alone. Every character is important. He also expressed that he had the fortune of playing a happy-go-lucky village boy.
The film is backed by T. R. Chandrashekar’s Crystal Paark Cinemas.
