Priya Prakash Varrier, who shot to fame for her wink in “Oru Adaar Love”, was in the city for the audio launch of the Kannada dubbed version of the film. The Kannada version has been titled “Kirik Love Story”. The lyrics for the film have been written by Dr Nagendra Prasad and V Manohar, and the dialogues have been penned by Shweta Shetty.
Priya said that she has not watched many Kannada films and opined that KGF has taken the Kannada film industry to another level. She also showed interest in acting in a Kannada film, however, she hasn’t received any offers to work in the industry so far. “I want to work in all film industries. Language is not a barrier for me. My dream is to work in all language film industries, provided I get a good script and strong character.”
Priya is currently pursuing her B.Com degree. She bagged her first film through an audition and was initially chosen to play a guest role. It was only after the director saw her acting skills that she came on board as one of the main characters.
