Film director Krish remains a central figure in the ongoing hotel drug bust investigation as Telangana police intensify efforts to locate him after he was declared an “absconder.” Despite summons issued under Section 160 of the CrPC, Krish failed to appear for questioning regarding his suspected involvement in the drugs case linked to a party at a Gachibowli hotel.

The controversy erupted on February 25 following the apprehension of three individuals, including a city-based construction and real estate firm director, for alleged cocaine consumption at the hotel. Krish’s association with the suspects prompted authorities to summon him, raising suspicions about his connection to the incident.

Earlier developments saw Krish named by the Gachibowli police in connection with the Radisson Hotel drugs case. Krish, however, refuted these allegations, stating his visit to the hotel was brief and solely to meet acquaintances. He claimed to have promptly informed law enforcement officials of his whereabouts.

As the probe deepens, police have expanded the list of suspects to include a driver and a drug peddler named Mirza Wahid Baig. Additionally, they are searching for Lishi Ganesh, who has been missing since February 26, further complicating the investigation.

The intensified search for Krish underscores the gravity of the situation and the imperative for cooperation from all involved parties as authorities strive to unravel the complexities of the hotel drug bust case.
