New Delhi: Apple could have a busy product pipeline for the rest of 2026 and the first half of 2027, with the company reportedly preparing a range of new devices including the standard iPhone 18, refreshed Macs, iPads, HomePod Mini and Apple TV. The details come from Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman, as reported by India Today, and Apple has not officially confirmed the reported launch plans.
The reported product roadmap comes after Apple’s recent launch event, where the company introduced the iPhone 18 Pro series, AirPods 5 and new smartwatches, among other products. The upcoming devices are also expected to play a role in Apple’s push to improve its artificial intelligence capabilities, particularly through a more advanced version of Siri.
Apple could launch new smart-home products soon
One of the products reportedly in development is an updated HomePod Mini. The new version could retain the existing design but receive a newer chip designed to support Apple’s revamped AI-powered Siri.
Apple is also reportedly preparing a new Apple TV. The device could look similar to the current model but may feature a newer processor for faster navigation and support for the upgraded Siri experience.
According to the report, Apple is internally testing both devices with iOS 27.0.
Another product in development is a dedicated Apple smart-home hub. The device could feature a square display mounted on a speaker base and may also be designed for wall mounting.
The reported smart-home device could support video calls and facial recognition, allowing it to personalise the content displayed to users. Apple is reportedly targeting a launch as early as October, although the timeline could change.
Touchscreen MacBook Pro reportedly in development
Apple could also introduce one of the biggest changes to the MacBook Pro lineup in years. According to the report, the company is working on MacBook Pro models with touchscreen OLED displays.
These high-end MacBook Pro models are expected to use M5 Pro and M5 Max chips. The touchscreen could represent a significant change to Apple’s traditional MacBook approach, although Apple has not confirmed the product.
The company is also reportedly testing a refreshed 14-inch entry-level MacBook Pro powered by an M6 chip.
An updated iMac could also arrive with the M6 processor, along with new colour options.
OLED iPad Mini and other iPad upgrades
Apple’s iPad lineup could also receive several updates.
The iPad Mini is reportedly in line for a major upgrade, including an OLED display. This would bring the smaller tablet’s display technology closer to Apple’s higher-end iPad models.

iPhone 18 and iPhone 18e could arrive later
Apple’s iPhone roadmap could also change next year.
According to Gurman’s report, the standard iPhone 18 and iPhone 18e could shift from the traditional autumn launch window to the spring.
The standard iPhone 18 is expected to feature an A20 chip, while the iPhone 18e could also receive a processor upgrade.
Apple is also reportedly working on the iPhone Air 2. The successor could bring better battery life, a 2nm A20 Pro chip and a second ultra-wide camera.
MacBook Air and MacBook Neo successors
The first half of 2027 could also bring an updated MacBook Air with an M6 chip. The report suggests Apple may retain the current designs of the 13-inch and 15-inch models.
Apple could also develop a successor to the MacBook Neo, reportedly featuring an A19 Pro chip and support for more memory.
Two new Apple Pencil models are also reportedly being developed alongside the company’s upcoming iPad launches.
AI-focused Siri expected across devices
AI is expected to be a common thread across several of these reported products.
According to the report, Apple’s upcoming devices could feature a significantly improved version of Siri, with better contextual understanding. The company’s broader AI push comes as Apple works to strengthen its position against competitors such as Google and Meta.
