In a startling event, a man in Sambhal, Uttar Pradesh, went to a hospital after ingesting rat poison, screaming and rushing for assistance. The man was seen screaming and begging for assistance as he approached the hospital; the incident was captured on camera, and the video is making the rounds on social media. The man is now receiving care at a private hospital after being saved. The victim of the incident, who happened on Sunday, January 28, in the Kaledevee Police Station area of Sambhal, has been identified as 23-year-old Satendra Kumar. According to accounts, the man got into a fight with his family at home and then took rat poison, which made his condition worse.

He was hurried to the district hospital by his relatives
After his family hurried him to the district hospital, he was advised to seek more advanced care at another facility. He is currently receiving care at a Bareilly private hospital, where his condition is stable.
His mental state is unstable
According to reports, his father was upset for a few days and stated that his mental health has not been stable since 2020. The man is seen on camera screaming, “Doctor saab mujhe bacha lo, maine zeher kha liya hai” (Doctor please save me as I have consumed poison) as soon as he enters the hospital in a panic. He bolts into the hospital, where he is placed on a stretcher.
They referred the victim to another hospital
Later, the doctors came and started his treatment. The people who accompanied him also showed the packet of the rat poison which was consumed by Satendra.
They referred the victim to another hospital for further treatment, he was then admitted to a private hospital in Bareilly, where his condition is improving.
