Mumbai: An Indian has died of Ebola in Liberia, said the Health Ministry on Wednesday.
Mohammed Amir, who was employed in a pharmacy in Liberia, died of Ebola virus infection on September 7. Members of his family were informed about the incident.

Earlier this month, a man from Liberia was detected with Ebola virus on his return from Liberia. He had returned after getting cured of Ebola in Liberia.
However, his body fluids contained virus of the dreaded disease. He is being quarantined at a special facility at the Indira Gandhi International Airport in the national capital.
