Colombo : According to local media, Sri Lanka saw “record” tourist arrivals in December this year, with over 2 lakh footfall, the highest in four years.
According to the Daily Mirror, Tourism Minister Harin Fernando, total foreign tourist arrivals this year have reached nearly 1.5 million.
According to him, it indicates a positive trend in Sri Lanka’s tourism industry.
