The Fighter song “Ishq Jaisa Kuch” featuring the dazzling on-screen presence of Hrithik Roshan and Deepika Padukone has generated excitement ahead of the film’s release on January 25. A behind-the-scenes making video has been unveiled online, providing a glimpse into Hrithik’s dedication and delightful moments during the shoot.
In the shared video on his Instagram Stories, Hrithik Roshan humorously captions the experience as his “Ishq Jaisa moment with food.” The footage showcases Hrithik’s commitment to fitness as he engages in workouts between shots alongside co-star Deepika Padukone. The highlight follows Hrithik indulging in a post-shoot treat session where he swiftly consumes bowls of beetroot halwa, protein brownies, and moong daal halwa, expressing his satisfaction with a touch of humor.
Director Siddharth Anand and choreographer Bosco feature in the video, lauding the actors for their dedication and referring to them as “heavenly bodies” on screen.
Hrithik Roshan’s preparation for his Fighter character, Patty, involved a stringent 14-month-long high-protein diet. The actor, portraying a fighter jet pilot, aimed for a lean, fit, and agile physique, which he successfully achieved. Following the song’s wrap, Hrithik was treated to his favorite healthy sweet dishes – hand-made beetroot halwa, protein brownies, and moong daal halwa, all of which he devoured with gusto.
In a previous post, Hrithik shared insights into his disciplined fitness routine while traveling for the shoot in Italy, emphasizing the sacrifices he makes for his craft. He revealed packing six boxes of cold pre-packed home-cooked healthy meals, each containing approximately 130gm of protein and veggies, ensuring a meal every three hours.
Directed by Siddharth Anand, Fighter marks the third collaboration between Anand and Hrithik Roshan after the successful ventures War and Bang Bang. The film also brings together the dynamic duo of Hrithik and Deepika for the first time on screen and features an ensemble cast including Anil Kapoor, Akshay Oberoi, and Karan Singh Grover. The anticipation for Fighter continues to build as fans eagerly await its release.
