Mangaluru: The State Government gives a Corporation to the upper castes if they ask for it and they give Corpus Fund for the backward Idiga-Billava community. What justice is this?, questioned Brahmasree Narayana Guru Shakthi Peetham Swamiji Dr. Pranavananda.
Speaking at a press conference in City, Swamiji tore up a copy of the order and threw it away saying that, the Government’s order declaring Narayana Guru Kosha (corpus fund) is bogus. The Swamiji made it clear that the demand of the Idiga Billava community is Narayana Guru Development Corporation.
He added that the agitation will continue till the demands are met.
