
Bhojpuri Actor and Filmmaker Sudip Pandey Dies of Heart Attack in Mumbai
Sudip Pandey, a prominent figure in the Bhojpuri film industry, passed away in Mumbai on January 15 due to a heart attack. He was 11 AM when he succumbed to the sudden health issue. Pandey was well-known for his versatile acting and directing skills in Bhojpuri cinema, with notable works like Khooni Dangal, Bhojpuri Bhaiya, and Bahiniya.
Pandey’s contributions also extended to Hindi cinema, where he acted in films such as We for Victor (2019). At the time of his death, he was working on his upcoming film Paro Patna Wali. Beyond his work in film, Sudip was also known for his role as the brand ambassador for Bihar Tourism, where he promoted the state’s rich culture and heritage.
Fans, colleagues, and the Bhojpuri film fraternity have expressed deep sorrow at his untimely passing, remembering him for his immense dedication and influence in the industry.
