Patna: In a shocking incident on Friday, Abhishek, also known as Chhote Sarkar, a notorious criminal facing multiple charges, including murder, loot, and extortion, was fatally shot on the premises of the Danapur court during his scheduled appearance before the judge.
Rajesh Kumar, Superintendent of Police (West), revealed that Abhishek had numerous criminal cases registered against him at Bihta police station. The undertrial prisoner was gunned down on the spot by two assailants who opened fire from pistols. Both attackers have been apprehended, and four empty cartridges were recovered from the crime scene.

Abhishek had been transported from Beur Model Jail to Danapur Court for his court proceedings.
Sources indicate that an extensive interrogation of the assailants is underway to determine if they acted on someone else’s orders and to establish the motive behind the murder.
Patna City SP Rajesh Kumar stated, “Abhishek Kumar aka Chhote Sarkar was attacked by two people who shot at him in Danapur court. Further investigation is underway. Abhishek Kumar passed away in the attack. Two accused taken into custody.”
