New Delhi: PM Narendra Modi has come out with yet another attack on the Congress, this time stating that it has become outdated in its opposition and against all reservations.

This was mainly in reply to the debate that recently took place at the Rajya Sabha on the Motion of Thanks. He further stated that he was feeling sorry for the current situation of the party that was outsourcing its work.

Addressing chief ministers, he even cited a letter from Jawaharlal Nehru, showing how he too was against reservations and how it has affected the working of the government.

He stated that this act has strangled our country’s democracy and prevented it from working for the cause of the dalits and other weaker masses in our society, who, if not for Ambedkar, would not see a better place in society.

The PM even went on to say that it was the Congress that was dividing the nation by coming up with narratives and statements that encourage a division between the North and the South.

Finally, the PM also made a mention of how the Congress had once ceased lands that it handed to an enemy nation, and is now talking about internal security.

He further stated that this was a result of the fact that Congress was inspired by the British, looking down on Indian traditions and upholding the symbols of slavery for decades.
