Dharawad: Minister Shankarpatil Munenakoppa performed Bhoomipooja for various development projects at Shirakola Village.
The construction of the lake for the Drinking Water Project of Shirakola and Hanasi Villages were launched. The bhoomipooja was performed for the construction of a new bridge to Thuppari Halla, Sri Basaveshwara Community Hall, Sri Kaleshwara Community Bhavan, and Hiremath Raitha Bhavan.
For the benefit of the farmers, a groundnut procurement centre was launched. The construction work of 3 rooms for the Government Higher Primary School in the Village was launched.
Sri Gurusiddheswara Shivacharya Mahaswamiji graced the occasion. Gram Panchayat President Yashoda Valisunkada, Vice-President Eravva Shastrymath, Shri Kabeer, Sri Andanayya Hiremath, Sri Adiveppa Manami, Sri Sharanappagowda Danappa Gowda, Sri Yakkundi, Sri Nimbanna Ganigera, Sri Yellappa Yadawada Naicker, Sri Indi Marigowda, Sri Rayannavara Ganigera, officials, gurus, youth and villagers were present.
