Gadag: As the election heat is on the rise in the State, candidates have been fielded in 224 constituencies. BJP State President Nalin Kumar Kateel said that the party will form the Government with a majority.
Addressing a press conference at the BJP District Office in the City on Wednesday April 26, he said that the voters have rejected the Congress for the purpose of eradicating nepotism and corruption in the Congress regime. “People have seen supporting terrorism, continuous cow slaughter, and killing of 24 Hindu activists in the State,” he said.
BJP is also getting unprecedented support in the old Mysuru region of the State. Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s corruption-free governance, the country’s holistic development thinking and welfare schemes have earned the trust of the country and the people of the State.
He said the defeat of the Congress is certain and the BJP will come to power by winning more than 140 seats. The BJP has already given three to four Lingayat chief ministers. In future also, it is the BJP that will make lingayats the chief minister, he said.
