Bengaluru: Depressed woman jumps off from building, dies

Bengaluru: A 40-year-old woman with depression allegedly ended her life by jumping off the 19th floor of a residential building, informed the City police.

The deceased has been identified as Charisma Singh. According to sources, she died after jumping from the 19th floor of Purva highland apartment in the Talaghattapura area of Bengaluru at around 1.00 pm.

The deceased’s body was sent to a hospital, and prime facie, it appears to be a case of suicide, informed the Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) for South Bengaluru.
