Bengaluru: The State Government has decided to allow the Ganeshotsava celebrations in a full scale. A decision in this regard was taken by the State Government.
Announcing the decision, Revenue Minister R. Ashok said that ,”The decision in this regard has been taken after consultation with Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai.
“The celebrations will be allowed at pre-pandemic level,” he asserted.
However, the Government has made it clear that PoP Ganesha idols will not be allowed for the celebrations. All the restrictions imposed to keep the public order and ecological sustainability will be continued, informed officials.
