Davanagere: In a twist to the suspicious death of Chandru, nephew of Honnali BJP MLA MP Renukacharya the Forensic report confirmed that he was alive when he fell into the canal.
Following the complaints by MLA’s family that Chandru was murdered, the police carried out Diatom test. The police decided to wait for FSL and postmortem report to carry out further investigation in this incident.
On November 3, Chandru’s body was found at Tunga River Canal in the District. He had gone missing on October 30.
The family is suspecting a foul paly in his death. The police is still investigating.
