Bengaluru: As Rural Development and Panchayat Raj (RDPR) Minister K. S. Eshwarappa is ready to resign, Former Chief Minister B. S. Yediyurappa on Friday April 15 vouched for Eshwarappa’s innocence and expressed confidence that he will return soon.
Eshwarappa is all set to submit his resignation to Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai on the evening of Friday April 15. Speaking to mediapersons, Yediyurappa said that as situation has demanded Eshwarappa has resigned but once investigation is over he will return to Cabinet in next few months.
“The situation is such that despite his no mistake Eshwarappa had to take the decision of resigning. As he is innocent which will be proved after resignation, he will return to Cabinet,” said Yediyurappa.
