Bengaluru: BJP leader, Rajya Sabha member Subramanian Swamy has stated that India is not a free boarding place for all the immigrants from neighbouring countries like Rohingyas. “Rohingyas never accepted Indian leadership. The need of the hour is sending all of them back to their country,” he said.

Speaking at an event in the city on Sunday evening, he stated that Rohingyas are the real threat to Indian security. “Historically they never supported Indians. We can’t be safe if we keep our border free for all,” he said.

Heaping praises on Karnataka CM BS Yediyurappa, he stated that no one even dreamt that the BJP would come to power in Karnataka. “But BSY single-handedly brought the party to power in the state. Even though a few tried to suppress him, he has been able to take the BJP to the power corridors,” he said.

Chief Minister BS Yediyurappa stated that CAA and NRC are required for the stability of the country. “These two legislations are crucial. We need to support it,” he said.
