Bengaluru: The Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee (KPCC) President DK Shivakumar, on Sunday evening met MLC CM Ibrahim at his residence in the city.
Both the leaders held a closed door meeting for over an hour.
The meeting gained importance because earlier former CM HD Kumaraswamy too had met Ibrahim and reportedly invited him to join the JDS.
According to the sources, Ibrahim, who is upset with former CM Siddaramaiah is planning to quit the Congress.
DKShi, who came to know about this met the leader and reportedly tried to convince him to stay in the party.
