Bengaluru: The Pulikeshi Nagar police are on the lookout for a 25-year-old man who was caught on camera stalking and flashing women in front of an apartment in Cooke Town recently.
According to the police, three women spotted a man lurking close their gate in the intervening hours of Tuesday and Wednesday. It was said the women were heading home in Cooke Town after attending a birthday party.
The women, in a complaint to the police, said the man was talking on his phone and then put his hands in the trouser and made obscene masturbatory gestures. It was said the man followed the women even as they rushed into the building and waited for the lift. The women screamed for help. The stalker fled the premises on seeing neighbors and relatives come out of their homes.
The police have registered a case under Sections 509 and 354 of the Indian Penal Code.
