Bengaluru: A 22-year-old woman working at a call centre has lodged a complaint of sexual harassment against her team leader after their internal committee allegedly failed to act.
According to the complaint with the Bellandur police, on November 19, the woman, who works as an event manager since 2016 for a company based out of RMZ Ecospace, was sexually harassed and groped by her team leader.
Though she approached the sexual harassment committee in the company, no action was taken, said the police. A police officer said the accused would be called in for questioning.
