Mangaluru: Dakshina Kannada District is the factory of Hindutva where communalism began. That the seeds of communalism are being produced from the lab here, said Leader of Opposition and Former Chief Minister Siddaramaiah.

A multifaceted country is a country where everyone is united. The current double engine Government has broken everything down, he stressed.
“India is the world’s number one country in terms of population. Dr. B. R. Ambedkar has written that everyone should be protected and everyone is equal under the Constitution. It is said that one can follow any religion. However, in the name of religion equal opportunity, and equal rights are being not given,” he observed.
