Mangaluru: A soldier’s wife has been assaulted due to a land dispute in Kadaba village of Dakshina Kannada district. Fauzia, the wife of Azeez, a soldier stationed in Arala, was visiting her parents’ home in Kallugudda village of the district when the incident occurred. The conflict between the two groups was sparked by a dispute over land, according to Fauzia.
Fauzia’s neighbors called a gang of local troublemakers who get into small fights and cause trouble in the village to assault her, according to Fauzia’s allegations. The brutal attack left Fauzia and her father admitted to the government hospital in Kadaba village of the district.
