Authorities have launched an investigation into the suspicious death of 30-year-old Lohitashwa from Manjotti in Nada village, following a complaint filed by his family members.
Lohitashwa, who had visited the banks of the river Netravathi in Shambhur on March 18 with four friends, was discovered deceased in the river. Notably, his body was fully clothed, and his watch remained on his wrist, raising suspicions about the circumstances surrounding his death.
Initially, it was reported that Lohitashwa had returned to his car after being with his friends at the riverbank. However, upon his friends’ return, he was nowhere to be found, heightening concerns and prompting further investigation into the matter.
