Udupi : Success in life means attaining your vision of a good life which requires you to turn your goals into actions, said Maulana Ibrahim, Entrepreneur and Managing Director of Manipal Inn Hotel, Udupi.
Addressing the awareness programme on free Career Guidance and Scholarships distribution held jointly organized by Namma Nada Okkoota and Anjuman Hami – E – Muslimeen, Bhatkal here in Manipal Inn Hotel Conference Hall on Tuesday, June 7, Maulana Ibrahim said that education is very important for us. Even though I failed in SSLC, I succeeded in my life with the grace of Allah. However, along with the education one must give importance to culture, obedience, honesty and faithfulness to the parents. When one has the blessings of their parents he will succeed in his life.
He said that it would be difficult to get employment for everyone. Hence, there should be steps on entrepreneurship. I have no education. I started my business in a pitiful way and now I have a turnover of more than Rs.400 crore. Take courage and try to start self-employment and you will be a big person anyway. Hence, they need the correct motivation and entrepreneurship for success in life, he said.
Namma Nada Okkoota district president Mushtaq Ahmed presided over the programme. Anjuman Institute of Management Secretary Mohideen Ruknadheen, MAHE Professor Dr Abdul Azeez, Ansar Thonse and others were the chief guests. Founder and CEO of CIGMA Ameen E Muddasar was the resource person.
During the occasion, Mohammed Kaif, SSLC topper and blind student from Kumta was felicitated. Meanwhile, 34 SSLC toppers were honoured during the occasion.
