Udupi: Tamilnadu BJP State President Annamalai said that Karkala has witnessed development even when BJP selected MLAs became ministers in the State, while addressing the valedictory function of the bike rally of BJP Vijay Sankalp Yatra at grounds near Ajekaru Jyothi High School in the Taluk.
Sunil said, “In the last three years, the BJP Government in the State has done developement works. Similarly, the BJP is witnessing development in Karkala.” This time, Minister Sunil Kumar said that it should be our task to win the elections by a margin of one lakh votes.
In order to take over the administration of Vidhana Soudha in the State, the BJP should cross the magic number of 113 and elect 150 MLAs and win in Udupi District, Taluks, District Administration, Municipalities and Panchayats, he said and added that the administration would be able to run smoothly.
Annamalai said that this time the historic bike rally was held not to intimidate the Congress Party but to energise the BJP workers but there is no Congress candidate in Karkala.
