Udupi: A case has been at Shankaranarayana Police Station against Sathish Shetty Hadali of Amparu village accusing him of posting derogatory comments on Byndoor MLA Sukumar Shetty in a WhatsApp group.
The accused had been arrested and brought before the court by the police. He was remanded to judicial custody.
However, now the accused had applied for the bail and has been granted a conditional bail by the court.
