Kundapur: Prof. M. Balakrishna Shetty, Principal, Sri Ramakrishna College, Mangaluru, said that the role of teachers in shaping the lives of students is crucial in shaping the lives of students.
He was speaking at the 2022-23 anniversary celebrations of B.B. Hegde College.
Mr. Deepak Shetty Barkur, Group Head, Toyota Kirloskar Motors, Bengaluru, said that the youth should imbibe the principles and ideals of Swami Vivekananda.
The chairman of the college’s governing body former MLA B.M. Sukumar Shetty presided over the function. Student Welfare Officer Preethi Hegde, Student Representative Vignesh Shetty and others were present.
College Principal Prof. | K. Umesh Shetty read out the college’s annual report. Vice-Principal Chetan Shetty Kovadi welcomed the gathering. Mahesh Kumar, Head, Department of Computer Science, presented the vote of thanks.
