Koppal: On the second day of Gavisiddheshwara Jatra Mahotsava, the Koppal Geleyara Balaga has offered around 3.5 lakh mirchi seva to the devotees using 25 quintals of flour.
For the past five years, the Geleyara Balaga has been spearheading the hot mirchi seva at Dasoha for lakhs of devotees who come to Gavisiddheshwara Jatra Mahotsava every year. Their service continues in the Maha Dasoha of this year’s fair.
Gavisiddeshwara Seer himself initiated the Mirchi Seva Abhiyana through preparation of mirchi by the chefs at Dasoha Bhavana and encouraged the donors to assist for the said service.
