Hassan: Hebbal Utsava – 2023, organised as part of Jatra Mahotsava at Hebbal Village in the Taluk, witnessed a cultural extravaganza and felicitation programme.
Speaking after inaugurating the Hebbal Utsava, cultural festival and felicitation programme organised by Hebbal Village for the first time, MLA K. S. Lingesh said that Hebbal Village has a historical background. “No village in Belur Taluk has such a high-tech touch, for which the relentless efforts of Sudhakar and Virupaksha, the secretary to the Publuc Works Department Minister, can make a model village if there is one such kind of a person present in the village.
“The importance of Hebbal Lift Irrigation Project in the next phase will be of great use to the 5 Panchayat here,” he said.
