Hassan: Former Minister H. D. Revanna said that his party’s candidates will win seven seats in the District in the 2023 General Elections and no one can avoid it.
Inaugurating the programme at a workers’ meeting organised by the JD (S) at the Bayalu Rangamandira near Sri Chennakeshava Temple here, he said let the Congress release a list of those who had done corruption when it was in power in the past. “The Congress, which claims to be the Party for the minorities, has attacked the minorities and elders who have worked for the Party for many years. Our party has great respect for the elders and in the coming elections, our candidates will win in all the taluks of our party. The Congress, which did not raise its voice for the poor and the farmers in the Lok Sabha, is on Praja Dhvani Yatra currently,” he said.
He alleged that they were doing an election gimmick by promising that they would provide free 200 units of electricity.
