Shivamogga: Suspected Terrorist Mateen’s father Manzoor Ahmed, has said that it has been many years since his son has not been in touch with him.
Speaking to mediapersons at his residence in Palligudde in Teerthahalli Town in the District, he said, “Mateen has not been in touch with us since the Bengaluru incident. We didn’t even know that my son would turn out to be like this. He was studying B.E in Bengaluru. Later, he worked for a private company. The technology has advanced now. I don’t understand who is doing what using mobile, he added.
On Monday November 21, the Police arrived and conducted an investigation at home in connection with Mangaluru incident. They have checked what they wanted, he informed.
All I have to say to Mateen is, “Come here wherever you are. Live a virtuous life,” he said.
