Sasikala Natarajan Visits Chamundeshwari Temple

Mysuru: Former AIADMK supremo and Tamil Nadu Chief Minister late J. Jayalalithaa’s close aide Sasikala Natarajan visited Chamundeshwari Temple atop Chamundi Hill in the City here on Saturday March 12.

Natarajan offered puja to Goddess Chamundeshwari and received blessings. Several people rushed towards her screaming ‘Chinnamma’, and thribged to take a picture with her.

She later visited Ganjam Nimishamba Temple near Srirangapattana in Mandya District, Ahalya Temple at Arathi Ukkada, Maaramma Temple and offered pujas.
On Friday March 11, Sasikala and her sister-in-law J Ilavarasi were granted regular bail by a special court dealing with anti-corruption cases in connection with the alleged preferential treatment given to them during their jail term at Parappana Agrahara Central Jail in Bengaluru
in disproportionate assets case.
