Mysuru: A three to four-year-old male Leopard fell into a cage placed in Marballi Village, Jayapura Hobli, Mysuru Taluk on Saturday October 15.
It is said that villagers complained to the Forest Department that leopards killing dogs and calves for the last three months. The land where the cage was placed is a Patta land belonging to Mahadevamma of the Village.
The area comes under Mysuru Range, Mysuru Division of the Forest Department.
