Mysuru: A gang of eight to nine unidentified miscreants waylaid a car and fled with the vehicle near Kadakola on Mysuru- Nanjangud road on Monday April 11.
According to the video that has gone viral, the assailants wearing mask and wielding sticks in hand waylaid the car in the middle of the road. Even as the driver made a bid to come out, they pushed him inside before driving away with the car. The car seems to be from Kerala according to the number plate.
The incident came to light when the passersby shot the incident on their cellphone camera. Following the video police rushed to the spot but the gang had fled from the place.
The police have launched an investigation.
